The company's product portfolio includes advanced lithium iron phosphate (LiFePO4) battery systems, such as the FORCE-H and FORCE-L series, known for their high cycle stability, modular design, and compatibility with various hybrid inverters.

Job Responsibilities

• Conduct technical discussions during the pre-sales phase to thoroughly understand customer needs and provide professional guidance in configuring appropriate solutions.
• Respond promptly and accurately to technical inquiries from customers during the pre-sales stage.
• Design and deliver customized technical solutions, including preparing and providing detailed product configuration documentation.
• Manage all technical aspects of projects throughout their lifecycle - from initial consultation, solution design, and production planning, through to delivery support, including documentation, installation, and commissioning.
• Collect, analyze, and consolidate market information, including competitor products. Draft technical proposals and relevant documentation for both internal and external purposes.
• Handle after-sales issues with distributors in Southern Europe by coordinating with their technical staff, providing technical solutions, and conducting regular after-sales training sessions.
• Present new products to distributors upon launch, clearly explaining product features and usage instructions.
• Manage inventory levels of spare parts and replacement components for distributor after-sales services.

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree (or higher) in Electrical Engineering, Energy Systems, or related technical fields.
• Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in renewable energy, power generation, or energy storage sectors.
• Familiarity with renewable energy system architecture, including key components and system integration.
• Proficient in Dutch and English, with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong problem-solving, coordination, and logical thinking abilities.
• Ability to work collaboratively within a team and effectively manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Preferred Qualifications (non-essential)

• Experience with energy storage systems, photovoltaic (PV) inverters, or battery technologies.
• Hands-on experience using project management tools or CRM systems.
• Technical certification in renewable energy systems or related areas.
• Possession of a valid driver's license is advantageous.
