Job summary

Withthegrid, active in the cleantech sector, seeks an Energy Operations Specialist to accelerate the energy transition. You will support installers, design and configure systems, implement smart control logic, build strong relationships, and ensure operational excellence across field deployments.

The role emphasizes bridging smart software with physical energy installations, including travel and mobile support. A relevant HBO diploma and experience with industrial networks are preferred.

Qualifications

• HBO diploma in Electrical Engineering, Technical Business Administration, Energy Technology or a similar field.
• Experience with industrial communication protocols or basic IT network principles.

Responsibilities

• Support installers: be the first technical contact during integration.
• System design & configuration: translate operational requirements into optimal configurations.
• Implement smart control logic: configure local control logic for energy assets.
• Build strong relationships: translate operational feedback into technical requirements.
• Ensure operational excellence: manage the deployment process remotely.
