Job summary

New Balance is seeking a Field Visual Merchandising Manager to lead all in-season VM execution across the EMEA retail fleet, translating seasonal guidelines into brand-aligned, store-ready presentations. • Proven experience in Visual Merchandising, including field or multi-store leadership.
• Strong understanding of retail operations and consumer behaviour.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building with store teams and partners.

Responsibilities

• Lead all in-season VM execution across EMEA, ensuring consistency, quality, commercial impact, and development of store VM capability.
• Manage and develop Regional Visual Merchandisers, setting expectations and delivering training.
• Serve as the primary VM partner for store teams, providing tools, clarity and support for effective merchandising decisions.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Retail Ops, Merchandising, Marketing, and Senior VM Manager to align VM with business priorities.
• Drive commercial impact through product visibility, storytelling, and in-store adjustments.
