Job summary

PVH Corp. in Amsterdam seeks a Merchandising Manager for the Full Price Buying & Merchandising team to align regional assortments with global strategies and drive commercial performance across the EMEA region.

The role owns the regional assortment architecture, leads category strategy, and collaborates with Hub Merchandising and Visual Merchandising to forecast volumes, manage showroom logistics, and ensure timely in-market execution across channels.

Qualifications

• 7-10 years’ experience in Merchandising for a fashion retailer.
• Proven track record in regional assortment planning and execution, ideally within Full Price environments.
• Strong understanding of regional market trends and consumer behavior.
• Able to work in a fast-paced, matrix-based, challenging environment.
• Strong analytical, planning and organization skills with the ability to generate meaningful data insights to take commercial decisions.
• Communication skills: advanced ability to clearly convey information both written and orally to executive internal stakeholders.
• Strong business and commercial acumen.
• Strong leadership experience, with the ability to develop, mentor, and inspire high-performing teams.
• Fluent English both written and verbal.
• Ability to travel abroad.
• Education: a Bachelor's degree in Business, Fashion Merchandising, or a related field is preferred, or equivalent professional experience

Responsibilities

• Regional assortment architecture input for the EMEA region.
• Own and execute the EMEA category strategy with market feedback.
• Collaborate with Hub Merchandising and Visual Merchandising for alignment.
• Execute regional buying and assortment strategies and forecast volumes.
• Manage showroom setups, launch strategies, and in-market execution to maximize sales.
• Drive continuous improvement with new systems and processes to increase efficiency.
