Job summary

Foot Locker, Inc. is seeking a Manager Special Project Retail Environment for a 5-month role to translate brand strategy into store environments across EMEA. You will collaborate with Store development, Procurement and Space planning to elevate the store proposition and consumer engagement.

The role entails leading fixture development, capital rollout, vendor partnerships and weekly design reviews with Real Estate, CX & Sales, and Regional Planning teams to deliver innovative VM solutions.

Qualifications

• 7+ years VM/retail experience with managerial exposure.
• Strong creativity, collaboration, and communication.
• Excellent time management with deadline-driven mindset.
• Pro-active, well organized, customer-oriented.
• CAD design understanding and blueprint drawings preferred.
• Experience with Adobe Suite (Illustrator, AutoCAD, InDesign) preferred.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office 365 (Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, Teams) required.
• Fluent in English and eligible to work in the Netherlands.

Responsibilities

• Lead development of new fixtures and in-store initiatives to elevate consumer experience.
• Lead strategic projects from capital submission, fixture development, procurement and rollout.
• Manage capital investment planning and expense budgets autonomously for retail environment initiatives.
• Coordinate with vendors and external agencies to deliver VM solutions.
• Lead the weekly design approval meetings with Real Estate / CX & Sales and Regional Planning teams.
• Foster vendor partnerships to identify and deliver innovative VM solutions that elevate in-store experience and drive business performance.
• Support cross-functional collaboration and ensure alignment throughout project delivery.
