Job summary
New Balance is seeking a Senior Manager, Retail Technology EMEA to lead regional technology initiatives across POS, store IT, connectivity and ERP integrations. You will partner with EMEA Retail, DTC leadership and global product teams to translate business needs into technology deliverables and regional roadmaps.
This role drives adoption, readiness and value realization, balancing regional priorities with global standards, and leads a high-performing team to ensure reliable, scalable retail
Qualifications
- Extensive leadership in retail or DTC technology and business partnership roles.
- Strong understanding of retail operations, omnichannel journeys and tech ecosystems.
- Experience executing global tech capabilities across multiple markets in EMEA.
- Strong stakeholder management and executive communication skills.
- Experience in athletic footwear, apparel, consumer goods or complex omnichannel retail is preferred.
Responsibilities
- Lead the last-mile execution of retail technology capabilities across EMEA.
- Own regional technology readiness for global retail product releases and major technology changes.
- Ensure global tech solutions are implemented and operational in regional environments.
- Establish clear ownership for regional retail technology outcomes and address execution gaps.
- Provide senior leadership and escalation when delivery or operational outcomes are at risk.
- Act as senior technology partner to EMEA Retail and DTC leadership across multiple functions.
