Brooks is seeking a Recruiter to lead our full-cycle recruitment across functions in Amsterdam. You will partner closely with internal clients, craft creative sourcing strategies, and drive a candidate experience aligned with Brooks values.

The role emphasizes diversity, data-driven decision making, and collaboration with HR, Finance, and leadership to attract top talent for our running community.

Qualifications

• 3+ years’ full cycle recruiting experience (in-house preferred).
• Proven ability to partner with HR business partners, HR Operations, Finance and hiring teams.
• Excellent relationship-building across diverse functions and cultures.
• Advanced experience using ATS for candidate search, assessments, and reporting.
• Strong analytical skills and data-driven recruiting approach.
• A passion for the running enthusiast and active lifestyle.

Responsibilities

• Full Lifecycle Recruiting across methods, sources, events.
• Refine and execute recruiting strategies across disciplines and levels.
• Deliver an exceptional candidate experience reflecting Brooks values.
• Promote diversity and inclusive hiring practices.
• Build and maintain a network through proactive market research and interviews.
• Maintain metrics, analyze trends, and report to HR leadership.
• Collaborate with HQ HR Operations and compensation on descriptions.
• Stay up-to-date on recruiting trends and workflow improvements.
• Other responsibilities as required.
