Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree preferred.
• 3+ years of experience in communications, corporate affairs, or public affairs.
• Experience supporting commercial businesses, preferably in healthcare, medtech, or regulated industries.
• Deep knowledge of the EMEA region and its nuances.
• Strong writing, storytelling, and communication skills.
• Familiar with IT systems for story posting and distribution channels.

Responsibilities

• Execute EMEA communications strategy for the Surgery BU in EMEA, aligned to growth priorities and key milestones.
• Serve as a communications partner on business initiatives, translating priorities into clear campaigns.
• Execute integrated communications across media, executive, internal, and digital channels.
• Own channel management connected to Communications initiatives.
• Partner across region and functions to align activity and approvals.
• Collaborate with local external agencies and freelancers to maximize impact.
• Use data and insights to improve effectiveness and leverage global reports.
