Delta Electronics EMEA is seeking an experienced Supply Chain Planning and Customer Success Manager to lead the EMEA team across IMAL segments. You will drive demand and supply planning, lead the regional SOP process, and ensure collaboration among Sales, Operations, Finance, product management and manufacturing.

The role focuses on balancing customer satisfaction, inventory optimization and operational performance while enabling growth across the EMEA region.

Formación

• 8+ years in supply chain, planning, operations or logistics.
• 3+ years people management experience.
• Experience with international supply chains (Asia/Europe).
• Experience with ERP systems, preferably SAP.
• Fluent in English and Mandarin.

Responsabilidades

• Lead, coach, and develop a team of four supply chain professionals.
• Drive demand planning and forecasting processes to improve forecast accuracy and visibility.
• Manage supply planning across manufacturing sites in Asia and Europe.
• Optimize inventory levels while maintaining target service levels.
• Lead the EMEA SOP process and drive cross-functional alignment.
• Identify and mitigate supply risks, capacity constraints, and service challenges.
• Drive process improvement, standardization, and automation initiatives.
• Monitor key supply chain metrics and inventory health.
• Build scalable processes to support growth across EMEA.
