Job summary

Nike Inc. is seeking a Principal, EMEA Strategy to shape and activate the future of Nike's integrated marketplace across Nike Direct and wholesale channels in the EMEA region.

You will report to the Director, Strategy EMEA and work with leaders across Nike Direct, Nike Sales and Global Strategy. The role requires marketplace experience across owned and wholesale channels, strong problem-solving and quantitative skills, and a proven ability to influence senior leaders without formal authority.

Qualifications

• MBA or equivalent experience preferred.
• Marketplace experience across owned and wholesale channels.
• Proven ability to lead complex strategic projects from framing to activation.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end strategic projects across marketplace growth and broader business priorities.
• Develop executive-ready recommendations using consumer, competitive, financial analyses.
• Partner with senior leaders to translate strategy into clear priorities and executable plans.
• Contribute to the development of the broader Strategy community through coaching and collaboration.
