Job summary

Stryker's Mako EMEA team seeks an experienced Senior Brand Marketing Manager to define and execute the regional brand strategy that drives adoption and portfolio growth across Europe. You will collaborate with Global Marketing, Product Management, and Sales Leadership to keep Mako at the center of growth in Joint Replacement.

In this leadership role, you will develop scalable marketing assets, lead pan-EMEA campaigns, mentor team members, and influence senior stakeholders within a complex matrix

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree; MBA preferred.
• 10+ years of professional experience.
• Significant experience in medical devices.
• Strong background in Capital Equipment and/or Robotics marketing.
• Previous people leadership experience.
• Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills.
• Strong commercial acumen and strategic thinking.
• Experience working in complex international matrix organisations.
• Fluent English communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute the regional brand strategy for Mako EMEA.
• Lead pan-EMEA campaigns and customer engagement initiatives.
• Collaborate with Global Marketing, Product Management, and Sales Leadership.
• Mentor Brand Marketing team members.
• Influence senior stakeholders across units.
• Integrate Mako into annual marketing plans across Knee and Hip portfolios.
• Support product launches and lifecycle management.
• Analyse market performance to identify growth opportunities.
