Job summary

Ritchie Bros. is seeking an experienced Sales Trainer for the EMEA region to design, deliver, and continually improve sales training programs. You will coach Territory Managers, TTMs, and leaders, driving functional excellence and operational impact.

This hands-on role involves field coaching, cross-cultural collaboration, and travel within EMEA to ensure training translates to measurable sales performance.

Qualifications

• 3+ years designing and delivering B2B/B2C sales training, coaching, or development programs.
• Experience working with sales teams and Sales Leaders in field or business environments.
• Ability to connect training and coaching to sales performance and business outcomes.
• Strong facilitation and coaching skills with real-world application.

Responsibilities

• Lead TM/TTM onboarding programs with Global Sales Training and regional leaders.
• Develop and deliver ongoing training for sales leaders and ROMs to improve coaching and performance.
• Measure training effectiveness and share insights to strengthen outcomes.
• Collaborate with North America colleagues to harmonize training approaches and share best practices.
