Ritchie Bros. is seeking a Sales Trainer for EMEA to design, deliver, and continuously improve training programs that boost sales capability and leadership effectiveness across the region.

The role collaborates with North America colleagues and regional leaders to ensure practical training outcomes that translate into measurable performance. Travel across EMEA is required and a permanent employment contract is offered.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience designing and delivering training for B2B or B2C sales teams.
• Experience working directly with sales teams and Sales Leaders in a field or business environment.
• Ability to connect training and coaching to sales performance and business outcomes.
• Strong facilitation and coaching skills with an emphasis on real-world application.
• Experience supporting new-hire onboarding and/or sales productivity initiatives.
• Experience partnering with Sales Leaders and RSMs to identify capability gaps and support performance improvement.

Responsibilities

• Lead TM & TTM onboarding programs in partnership with Global Sales Training and regional Leaders to align with global standards.
• Evaluate new-hire progress and identify strengths, development needs, gaps, obstacles, or systemic issues.
• Gather feedback from new hires and business leaders to improve onboarding experience.
• Develop and deliver ongoing training for TMs, TTMs, Leaders, RSMs, ROMs to improve selling skills and leadership capability.
• Support coaching skills development for Sales Leaders and RSMs to drive performance.
• Conduct capability assessments, observe field performance, and provide actionable feedback.
