Job summary

COROS is seeking a collaborative Sales & Trade Marketing Specialist EMEA to drive distributor relationships and localized marketing across Europe. You will manage communications, forecasts, and product launches while coordinating activations and events across multiple markets.

The role emphasizes travel up to 30%, flexibility with remote or hybrid working, and close collaboration with the Sales Manager EMEA to optimize regional growth.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience within the sporting goods industry across Sales, or Trade Marketing.
• Multi-Market Exposure: proven experience across European markets.
• Category Knowledge: Running and Cycling categories is advantageous.
• Key competencies: highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented with problem-solving ability.
• Analytical skills: translate sell-through and POS data into action plans.

Responsibilities

• Be the go-to person for distributors across assigned EMEA markets; monitor sell-through, manage reorders, forecast demand and ensure product availability.
• Own distributor communications; be the primary contact for partners and inform about delivery timelines, availability, and launches.
• Plan and execute localized marketing campaigns, community events, and retail activations.
• Represent COROS at trade shows and events; plan booth setup, demos, and partner engagement.
• Conduct ongoing research on competitors and consumer trends to shape regional strategy.
• Oversee retail display standards and merchandising consistency across partner stores.
• Track KPIs such as activations, sell-through, ROI, and distributor performance.
