Job summary

Envu in Wageningen, The Netherlands, is seeking a Production Team Lead to oversee daily production activities, manage a 50-person workforce with four supervisors, and ensure safety, quality, and on-time output.

You will lead production planning, staff training, machine maintenance, and process improvements, requiring a minimum of three years of team leadership and a degree in Manufacturing or Engineering.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Manufacturing, Engineering, Production Management or related field.
• Strong leadership and team management experience.
• Technical knowledge of machinery maintenance and troubleshooting.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and coordinate daily production activities to ensure efficiency and meet production targets.
• Train and supervise production staff, ensuring adherence to quality and safety standards.
• Maintain and troubleshoot production machinery to ensure smooth operations and minimize downtime.
• Lead the production workforce of ~50 employees with four supervisors to ensure adequate staffing and smooth operations.
• Drive staffing, scheduling, and cross-functional collaboration to strengthen performance.
