Job summary

AEGIR-Marine is seeking a Team Lead Production in Wijk bij Duurstede to lead a multidisciplinary team of Production Engineers and Workshop Engineers through project prep, assembly, testing and dispatch.

You will drive end-to-end production, ensure technical integrity, coordinate with Sales, Purchase, Warehouse, R&D and Quality Control, and push continuous improvement with standardized processes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or similar technical field.
• 5+ years in technical engineering, production, or team leadership.
• Strong understanding of drawings, tolerances, manufacturing/assembly methods, CAD.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop the Production Team and set priorities.
• Review technical assessments, drawings and production documentation; escalate complex issues.
• Oversee end-to-end production lifecycle from quotation support to shipment preparation.
• Establish standardized processes and drive improvements to reduce delays and defects.
