Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• 3+ years of leadership and/or production management experience.
• Proven analytical, problem solving and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily production, planning and assignment management.
• Lead and supervise manufacturing plant team members.
• Plan and coordinate work to meet daily goals.
• Coach and develop teams to improve performance, quality and safety.
• Ensure safe operation of manufacturing equipment and GMP adherence.
• Deliver coaching and disciplinary actions as needed.
• Use reporting to evaluate results and drive improvements.
• Collaborate with teams to improve KPIs and operational metrics.
• Maintain production quality and a positive work environment.
