Job summary

Flexport is seeking a motivated and collaborative Recruiter to support GTM and operations hiring across Europe. This initial 7-month contract involves running full recruitment cycles, sourcing passive candidates, and partnering with leaders to attract top talent in a dynamic, multinational environment.

You will work with a small recruiting team alongside local business leaders to drive growth in Europe, while embracing change and delivering measurable results in a fast-paced setting.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience (in-house essential)
• Experience sourcing for sales, engineering and corporate functions; logistics/supply chain is a plus
• Proven ability to improve recruitment processes and metrics

Responsibilities

• Run full recruiting cycle for various roles (G&A, Sales, Operations) across Europe
• Source passive candidates and track ROI of sources
• Collaborate with Recruiting Leaders to attract and close top talent
• Maintain candidate pipelines and provide regular recruiting funnel metrics to stakeholders
• Build strong relationships with hiring managers and candidates
• Drive branding efforts and cross-European collaboration for recruitment

The Opportunity:

We are seeking a motivated and collaborative Recruiter to support the hiring for GTM (Go-to-Market) & operations positions across Europe. This is an initial 7-month contract with the potential for extension.

You will:

• Run full recruiting cycle for a variety of positions across multiple functions (G&A, Sales, Operations) across Europe. Engineering recruitment experience is a plus.
• Source and identify passive candidates while tracking data to ensure you're investing in sources with the highest ROI
• Contribute into recruitment related projects and process improvement initiatives at scale
• Work side by side with the local business leaders and a small and mighty recruiting team to drive growth in the the region
• Partner closely with our Recruiting and Hiring Leaders to ensure we attract, assess and close the best of the best
• Regularly over-communicate information such as candidate pipelines, recruiting funnel metrics, and performance data to internal stakeholders
• Build trusted candidate relationships, drive offer approvals, extensions, and negotiations
• Work closely with stakeholders across Europe to drive brand efforts within region
• Have a flexible "can do" approach, happy to work in an ever changing environment and be part of an exciting journey

You should have:

• 3+ years of a full cycle recruiting track record. In-house experience is essential. Experience of both agency and in-house is a plus
• Experience sourcing and recruiting for sales, engineering and corporate functions, logistics/supply chain recruitment experience is a plus
• Proven ability and interest in process improvements
• Experienced with Greenhouse and / or other recruitment CRMs, LinkedIn recruiter;
• Good relationship management skills; your fans include candidates, interviewers, and hiring leaders
• A drive for results; you bring the drive to see processes through end-to-end and ensure you deliver top talent
• Strong influence and solution-oriented and results-driven mindset in a fast-paced environment
• Humility; no task is too big or too small
• Positivity and a growth mindset; we work awfully hard and have a blast doing it
• Ability to thrive in a highly collaborative team-based environment
• Experience recruiting in multiple European countries is a plus
