Job summary

Publicis Groupe Holdings B.V. is seeking an experienced Payroll Program & Process Manager for a temporary 6‑month assignment in the Netherlands, with hybrid or remote work.

You will support the Head of Payroll and Global Payroll Process Lead to drive payroll transformation, governance and operational excellence across the EMEA region. The role sits in a Shared Services environment and requires strong project management, stakeholder engagement and process improvement across multiple countries

Qualifications

• 8+ years in payroll operations, transformation or management.
• Experience in SSC/GBS or outsourcing.
• Multi-country payroll Europe/EMEA experience.
• Led complex international projects.
• Fluent English.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate EMEA payroll transformation initiatives.
• Manage regional payroll projects from initiation to post go-live.
• Support payroll system enhancements and migrations.
• Drive operational excellence, controls and service quality.
• Develop governance structures and reporting for stakeholders.
• Partner with HR, Finance, IT, Legal and Shared Services.
