Job summary

Mistral is seeking an experienced Partner Engineer to drive pre-sales, enablement, and implementation for our enterprise AI platform. You will work with partner and GTM teams to understand client needs, onboard AI updates, and craft technical strategies that unlock value for customers.

You will guide deployment, create scalable tooling, and provide ongoing post-deployment support while collaborating with customers and internal teams to refine products and features.

Qualifications

• Experience in a technical partner pre-sales or consulting role with partner/cust facing work.
• Experience with technology cloud providers and sales/technical account strategy.
• Hands-on deployment of AI solutions and integration across platforms.
• Strong ability to connect with technical stakeholders and drive complex interactions.

Responsibilities

• Execute technical discovery with partners and collaborate with Account Executives.
• Onboard AI platform and model updates to partner platforms and enable scale.
• Create assets for partner enablement portals and provide technical insights to deals.
• Guides customers in deploying API integrations and tuning models to requirements.
• Collaborate with product/engineering to relay feedback and drive improvements.
• Support post-deployment success, propose feature improvements, and build custom features.
