Job summary

LOD group is seeking a Commercial Lawyer on a part-time basis for 7 months to support market expansion and business transformation across EMEA. Qualifications

• UK or EU qualified lawyer with approximately 5–10 years' PQE.
• Strong commercial contracts experience, ideally gained in-house and/or private practice.
• Experience in retail, consumer products or FMCG sectors preferred.
• Familiar with cross-border EMEA matters.
• Knowledge of consumer protection and marketing regulations would be advantageous.
• Strong stakeholder and project management skills.

Responsibilities

• Drafting and negotiating commercial contracts, distribution agreements, supplier agreements, leases and licences.
• Advising on market entry initiatives and business transformation projects.
• Supporting consumer protection, marketing and customer experience matters across multiple jurisdictions.
• Working closely with internal stakeholders and external counsel.
• Managing multiple workstreams in a fast-paced international environment.
