Job summary

PVH Corp. is seeking a Manager Regional Merchandiser to align regional assortments with global strategies across the EMEA region. You will drive the EMEA assortment architecture and work with Hub teams to deliver consumer-relevant product mixes and channel-optimized ranges.

You will lead regional buying and assortment strategies, forecast volumes, and ensure timely product launches and showroom execution, while driving efficiency and continuous improvement in the merchandising team.

Qualifications

• 7-10 years’ experience in Merchandising for a fashion retailer.
• Proven track record in regional assortment planning and execution.
• Strong understanding of regional market trends and consumer behavior.
• Able to work in a fast-paced, matrix-based, challenging environment.
• Strong analytical, planning and organization skills with the ability to generate meaningful data insights for commercial decisions.
• Advanced communication skills to clearly convey information to executive stakeholders.
• Strong business and commercial acumen.
• Leadership experience to develop, mentor, and inspire high-performing teams.
• Fluent English both written and verbal.
• Ability to travel abroad.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Fashion Merchandising, or related field is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Regional assortment architecture: input into development of the EMEA assortment architecture and regional product category planning.
• Own and execute the EMEA category strategy with input on forecasting and market trends.
• Collaborate with Hub Merchandising teams to customize assortments and ensure alignment with global strategy.
• Forecast product volumes and manage style-level commitments for regional needs.
• Roll out regional assortments and coordinate showroom setups, launches, and in-market execution.
• Drive continuous improvement by implementing new systems and processes to increase efficiency.
