ARC’TERYX is seeking a Manager, Merchandise Planning - EMEA to own the regional merchandise financial plan across DTC and Wholesale, translating targets into actionable sales, margin, and inventory strategies.

You will lead a high-performing MFP team, drive governance and best practices, and shape planning decisions in a fast-moving, growth-oriented business. This role requires 5–8+ years in MFP/Demand Planning and a solid financial modeling background, with multi-channel experience.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Operations or related field.
  • 5–8+ years in Merchandise Financial Planning or related functions.
  • Experience across multi-channel retail including DTC and wholesale.
  • Strong financial modeling and scenario planning.
  • Executive communication for senior stakeholders.

Responsibilities

  • Translate corporate targets into regional Merchandise Financial Plans for DTC and wholesale.
  • Lead cross-channel planning balancing DTC and Wholesale needs while optimizing inventory.
  • Monitor in-season performance and adjust forecasts and investment plans.
  • Develop business reporting tools and publish KPI reports.
  • Lead trade-off discussions when resources must be allocated.
  • Lead S&OP / IBP forums aligning plans with demand and supply.
  • Drive planning cadence and governance across region.
  • Coach and develop the regional MFP team.
