Job summary

ARC'TERYX in Amsterdam is seeking a Manager, Merchandise Planning - EMEA to own the regional merchandise financial plan across DTC and Wholesale channels. You translate corporate targets into actionable sales, margin, and inventory strategies and lead a high‑performing Merchandise Financial Planning (MFP) team.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or higher in a related field.
Strong knowledge of merchandise planning and financial planning.
Experience shaping multi-channel planning and OTB in retail.

Responsibilities

Translate corporate targets into regional Merchandise Financial Plans (MFP) for DTC and wholesale.
Lead a cross-channel planning strategy balancing DTC and Wholesale needs.
Monitor in-season performance and adjust forecasts and investment plans.
Develop reporting tools and publish KPI dashboards for strategic priorities.
Lead trade-off discussions when allocating resources across channels and products.
Represent MFP in S&OP/IBP forums ensuring alignment of financial and demand plans.
