Job summary

ARC'TERYX is seeking a Manager, Demand Planning - EMEA to lead the regional demand planning process across 0-18 months, drive the Demand Review in the IBP forum, and ensure alignment with financial objectives and inventory constraints. You will guide forecasting accuracy and build a high‑performing team across B2B, Retail and eCommerce.

The role requires strong analytical capabilities, experience with DTC/omnichannel environments, and proficiency with leading planning tools.

Qualifications

• 5-8+ years in Demand Planning, Forecasting or Merchandise Planning in DTC/omnichannel retail.
• Strong forecasting and forecast accuracy skills with commercial judgment.
• Experience leading cross-functional forums and teams.

Responsibilities

• Own the regional demand planning process and consensus plan for 0-18 months.
• Lead the Demand Review in the IBP forum, aligning top-down targets with SKU forecasts.
• Align forecasts with merchandise financial plan targets and inventory constraints.
• Establish governance of demand planning processes and communicate assumptions.
• Drive forecast accuracy improvements via root-cause analysis and tool optimization.
• Lead, develop and build capability within the regional demand planning team.
