Job summary

Stokke in Amsterdam is seeking a Logistics Marketplace Specialist EMEA to support ecommerce and marketplace growth across the EMEA region, with a primary focus on Amazon FBA and FBM operations.

Based in Amsterdam, this B2C-focused role collaborates with Ecommerce, Customer Service, Sales, Supply Chain and external partners to drive operational excellence, growth initiatives, and improved logistics processes.

Qualifications

  • Degree or diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in logistics operations, warehousing, transportation, or supply chain management.
  • Experience supporting Ecommerce, marketplace, or direct-to-consumer logistics operations.
  • Knowledge of Amazon FBA, FBM, or marketplace logistics operations is highly desirable.
  • Proven track record in project management and process improvement initiatives.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Experience working with third-party logistics providers and transportation partners.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate across international teams.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and support third-party warehouse operations serving marketplace and Ecommerce business across EMEA.
  • Coordinate inbound and outbound logistics activities to ensure high service levels and operational efficiency.
  • Act as a key operational contact for marketplace logistics activities, including Amazon FBA and FBM operations.
  • Monitor operational performance and resolve logistics issues in collaboration with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Monitor inventory levels across marketplace-related warehouses and take proactive action to maintain agreed KPIs.
  • Support management of returns, rework, scrapping, dead stock, and capacity planning activities.
  • Serve as the first point of escalation for operational issues related to B2C logistics and transportation partners.
  • Manage supplier invoicing processes and support logistics cost control activities.
  • Identify opportunities to improve Ecommerce transportation and B2C logistics processes.
  • Develop business cases and ROI analyses to support new logistics initiatives and services.
  • Lead or support implementation projects that improve operational efficiency and customer experience.
  • Document logistics processes, solutions, and best practices to support continuous improvement.
  • Collaborate with suppliers, logistics providers, and transportation partners to ensure strong service performance.
  • Support SLA management and commercial discussions with relevant logistics suppliers.
  • Partner closely with Customer Service, Sales, Supply Chain, and Ecommerce teams to support business objectives.
  • Support the sourcing and onboarding of new logistics suppliers and services that enable future growth.
