Job summary

Tanita Europe is seeking a Marketplace Specialist (EMEA) to own the marketplace engine end to end across Amazon, Bol, Mediamarkt and new platforms. The role covers strategy and execution with a profit focus.

You will manage tactics, onboarding, and pricing tools, coordinate with logistics, and guide external agencies. English is sufficient; Dutch not required; a valid work permit is required with no sponsorship. Office-based in Amsterdam with flexible hours (32–40 per week).

Qualifications

• 3 to 5 years in a comparable marketplace role with Amazon Seller and Bol experience.
• Commercial and analytical mindset focused on margin, business cases and profitable campaigns, not volume alone.
• Detail-oriented and structured: you finish what you start and maintain overview.
• Experience steering external agencies and coordinating with logistics.
• English is sufficient, Dutch is not required; a valid work permit is required, no sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Own the marketplace strategy and execution across Amazon, Bol, Mediamarkt and new platforms.
• Manage tactics, ranking, advertising and budget per marketplace with a focus on profitability.
• Onboard new marketplaces: build the business case, define needs, and bring partners on board.
• Steer external agencies on content optimisation and advertising, while assessing what to bring in-house.
• Coordinate with logistics to ensure timely deliveries and maintain control over per-order outcomes.
