Job summary

Fluke is seeking a detail-oriented Junior Broker to join the EMEA Distribution Center in Eindhoven. You will support export documentation, customs administration, and day-to-day logistics activities to ensure compliant and efficient cross-border shipments across the EMEA region.

The role requires a relevant degree or education, warehouse/logistics experience, strong organizational skills, and proficiency with ERP systems (Oracle preferred).

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in administration, logistics, or related field.
• Experience in warehouse, logistics, transportation, customs, or operations.
• Strong administrative and organizational skills with high accuracy.
• Clear communication and cross-functional collaboration abilities.
• Experience with ERP systems such as Oracle is advantageous.
• Junior Broker certification, or willingness to obtain it.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and process export documentation for shipments.
• Support customs compliance and ensure accuracy of shipping docs.
• Create and maintain purchase orders and admin records.
• Process inbound/outbound shipment docs in Oracle and customs systems.
• Assist with registration and handling of documents for drivers at the distribution center.
• Collaborate with Warehouse, Customer Service, Logistics, Customs, and Compliance to resolve issues.
• Support audits and escalate discrepancies when needed.
• Contribute to timely and accurate execution of customs and logistics activities.
