Job summary

Fluke Corporation is seeking an Expert Shipper (Material Handler II) at the EDC Warehouse in the Netherlands. You will pick, pack, and ship orders for EU and export customers, ensuring accuracy and compliance with shipping requirements, while maintaining a safe work environment.

You will work with Oracle WMS, Excel, Oracle Forms, and email to coordinate orders, while training new team members and supporting continuous improvement initiatives within a cross-functional, international team.

Qualifications

• MBO level or equivalent.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in a warehouse shipping or logistics environment.
• Experience working with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS).
• Good working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and warehouse administration processes.
• Good command of the English language, both written and spoken.
• Valid warehouse equipment certification and experience operating material handling equipment (e.g., stackers, EPTs).

Responsibilities

• Pick, pack, and ship customer orders destined for EU and export countries.
• Ensure accuracy, quality, and compliance with shipping requirements.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work environment.
• Provide agreed value-added services to customers.
• Support onboarding and training of new Material Handlers.
• Assist Team Leaders and Troubleshooters in monitoring training progress and performance.
• Escalate operational issues and contribute ideas for process improvements.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives and Kaizen events.
• Collaborate with other warehouse functions to meet service, quality, and productivity targets.
• Perform additional duties within the scope of the role as required.
