Job summary

nVent Enclosure Systems LLC is expanding its regional marketing team in EMEA. We are seeking an Integrated Marketing Manager to lead regional campaigns, drive demand generation, and develop go-to-market strategies that support ambitious growth across Data Solutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in B2B marketing, integrated marketing, product marketing, or related roles.
• Experience developing and executing multi-channel marketing programs.
• Strong understanding of demand generation and lead nurturing strategies.
• Experience working with sales teams, channel partners, and cross-functional stakeholders.
• Strong analytical skills with data-driven performance insights.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Willingness to travel within the EMEA region.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute regional marketing strategies.
• Plan integrated campaigns across digital, events, partner, and direct channels.
• Coordinate campaign messaging and customer journeys.
• Drive awareness, engagement, and lead generation.
• Collaborate with regional Sales and Product teams to support growth.
