Job summary

Enphase Energy, Inc. is seeking an EMEA Inside Sales Manager to lead and develop Inside Sales teams across the Netherlands and France.

You will drive performance, efficiency, and engagement while collaborating with Sales, Marketing, and cross-functional teams. The role requires working from the Netherlands office at least three days a week, with a focus on optimizing processes, customer engagement, and business growth across the region.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred.
• Minimum 10+ years in multi-channeled support with 3+ years leading a team.
• Willingness to travel for local events to support sales activities.
• Fluent Dutch (C1) and English (B2).
• Strong verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor team members to deliver results.

• Plan workforce coverage and contingency planning.
