Aratas Europe B.V. is seeking an experienced HR Manager to support our OCB business across the EMEA region. The role blends strategic business partnering with hands-on HR operations, payroll, benefits, and employee lifecycle management across multiple European countries.

You will collaborate with senior management and stakeholders in Europe and Japan to drive people initiatives that foster growth, organizational effectiveness, and employee development.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of HR Business Partnering experience.
• Experience within an international organization.
• Strong generalist HR background covering both strategic and operational HR activities.
• Experience managing payroll, benefits, and third‑party HR vendors.
• Experience working with HRIS/HRMS systems.

Responsabilités
