Job summary

Nivoda is seeking a Head of Operations, EMEA to lead fulfilment performance across NL, UK, and ZA with full accountability for people, processes, and results. This on-site role requires close collaboration with suppliers, carriers, and cross-hub teams to drive efficiency and scale in a fast-growing environment.

You will own KPI delivery, implement scalable workflows, and mentor a high-performing team across multiple hubs, reporting to the VP of Fulfillment.

Qualifications

• 12+ years in operations, fulfillment, or logistics-based office management.
• 10+ years experience in managing or leading teams.
• Proven ability to translate data into clear insights and recommendations.

Responsibilities

• Own EMEA Hub Logistics & Fulfilment Performance across NL/EMEA regions.
• Oversee intake, QC, shipping, and returns; ensure SLAs are met.
• Develop and scale new fulfilment workflows and SOPs.
• Drive continuous improvement using data to boost throughput and reduce errors.
• Lead and develop the team; conduct regular check-ins and build a culture of accountability.
