Job summary

Siemens Digital Industries Software seeks a Zone Leader, EMEA Go-To-Market to drive a multi-product GTM strategy for Mendix and RapidMiner across the EMEA region. You will lead cross-functional teams, influence senior stakeholders, and ensure revenue targets and pipeline growth.

The role requires extensive experience in SaaS sales, strong leadership, and the ability to operate in a matrix organization. English fluency is mandatory, with additional languages a plus.

Responsibilities

• Drive the overall GTM strategy and execution for Mendix and RapidMiner across the EMEA region, ensuring the achievement of zone ARR, revenue and bookings targets.
• Collaborate with Country Managers and Vertical leadership across the region to align objectives and drive GTM success.
• Lead and manage a matrix organization, guiding multiple teams to develop and execute business plans that grow pipeline and ARR.
