Job summary

Siemens Software is seeking an Engagement Manager to lead and grow the Mendix and RapidMiner delivery practice in the UK. You will blend people leadership with commercial ownership, overseeing client relationships and a fast-moving delivery team.

You will report to MXRM Delivery leadership within the EMEA organisation and collaborate with architects and other leads across the region to ensure high-quality outcomes.

Qualifications

• Experience in a client-facing, commercial role with revenue ownership.
• Proven leadership of delivery teams and accountability for growth.
• Strong stakeholder management with senior clients in matrix environments.
• Understanding of low-code/no-code platforms to credibly lead delivery.

Responsibilities

• Own services revenue and bookings within your client portfolio and drive renewals and expansions.
• Coach and develop a high-performing delivery team across projects.
• Maintain delivery health and escalate risks with delivery leadership and architects.
• Support pre-sales with scoping, effort estimation, and proposal input.
