Job summary

Delta Electronics EMEA seeks an experienced Export Compliance Specialist to oversee its EMEA Export Compliance Program. You will collaborate with Delta Corporate in Taiwan to ensure EU regulatory alignment and robust trade controls across the region.

The role requires deep knowledge of EU export controls, strong analytical skills, and the ability to lead cross-functional projects in a multinational environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Law, International Trade, Business, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in export compliance in international business.
• Deep knowledge of EU export controls (e.g., Dual-Use Regulation).

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and manage the Export Compliance Program in EMEA.
• Ensure alignment with EU regulations and Delta policies from Taiwan.
• Lead cross-functional compliance initiatives with Sales, Logistics, Legal, and Governance.
• Provide regulatory training and oversee due diligence and audits.
