Job summary

Medtronic is seeking a Manager, Equipment Lifecycle Management to lead the new regional ELM organization for the EMEA region. You will ensure availability, compliance, reliability, and lifecycle performance of tooling, calibration assets, and related infrastructure to enable service delivery.

You will establish operating models, governance, and KPIs, drive standardization, supplier optimization, digitalization, and continuous improvement while partnering with global teams to support service

Qualifications

• Leadership experience in technical operations or similar functions.
• Experience leading organizational transformation or large-scale change.
• Experience with supplier management, governance, and process improvement.

Responsibilities

• Lead the EMEA Equipment Lifecycle Management function across tooling and calibration assets.
• Own end-to-end equipment lifecycle from demand planning to retirement.
• Drive standardization, supplier performance, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Manage budgets, asset utilization, and investment planning for the region.
