Job summary

Medtronic in the Netherlands is seeking a Maintenance & Facility Technician to join our EOC Campus in Heerlen. The role combines technical expertise with planning, coordination and administrative ownership to end-to-end maintenance work management.

You will perform preventive and corrective maintenance, read technical drawings, troubleshoot equipment, and provide support to production and operations while coordinating with stakeholders and external service providers.

Qualifications

Experience in maintenance within a regulated manufacturing environment.
Strong planning, scheduling and work preparation skills.
Proficiency with ERP/CMMS and digital documentation systems; able to read technical drawings.

Responsibilities

Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on plant facilities and equipment.
Conduct inspections and identify maintenance needs to prevent breakdowns.
Troubleshoot, test, inspect and repair mechanical and electrical systems.
Read blueprints and schematics to support maintenance activities.
Coordinate with production, operations, EHS and external service providers.
