Job summary

Databricks is seeking a bold, strategic senior executive to lead its Energy industry go-to-market motion across Europe, the Middle East, and Africa. You will report to the Global GTM Head for Manufacturing, Transportation, and Energy and collaborate with EMEA sales, field engineering, and GTM leadership to shape how we engage the energy sector.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or related field; MBA or equivalent is strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead AI vision-setting engagements with top energy accounts and advise executive teams on strategic adoption and impact.
• Cultivate executive-level relationships with customers, partners, and industry stakeholders across EMEA.
• Oversee GTM initiatives across energy sectors in EMEA including oil & gas, power & utilities, renewables, and mining.
• Drive pipeline growth and accelerate customer adoption.
• Define, track, and report KPIs for GTM initiatives using data and field insights.
• Collaborate with EMEA sales, field engineering, marketing, partnerships, and product teams.
