Job summary

Nebius seeks a Principal, EMEA GTM – Physical AI to lead regional sales strategy and accelerates deals with major executive engagement across Europe, the Middle East, and Africa. You will shape top-tier opportunities, collaborate with AEs and Field CTO, and build repeatable regional motions for Nebius’ Physical AI platform.

Ideal candidates have 7+ years in GTM, deep EMEA experience, and strong understanding of regulatory sovereignty with EU AI Act considerations.

Qualifications

7+ years of experience in sales overlay, GTM strategy, or domain-specialist selling within Cloud/AI Infrastructure.
Proven pipeline generation and executive-level deal acceleration in EMEA.
Strong understanding of EU regulatory/sovereignty considerations (EU AI Act, GDPR).

Responsibilities

Generate qualified pipeline across EMEA through outbound and strategic accounts.
Lead executive sponsorship to drive closure on top-tier deals.
Define regional GTM motions and build repeatable sales plays for Nebius in Europe.
Collaborate with AEs, regional leadership, and Field CTO to shape opportunities.
Create regional playbooks, battle cards, and enablement materials for the EMEA team.
