Job summary

Databricks seeks a bold, strategic senior executive to lead our Energy GTM across the Europe, Middle East, and Africa region. You will shape how we engage energy customers, align with sales, field engineering, and GTM leadership, and drive executive-level engagements with top accounts across EMEA.

You will combine deep industry knowledge with data and AI strategy to create revenue opportunities, guide market-facing programs, and publish thought leadership that positions Databricks as a leader in

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or related field; MBA or equivalent post-graduate qualification strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

Strategic Vision & Executive Engagement: Lead AI vision-setting engagements with top energy accounts and maintain executive relationships across the EMEA region.
GTM Strategy & Pipeline Growth: Lead strategic GTM initiatives across energy sectors in EMEA, drive pipeline growth and measure KPIs based on data insights.
Cross-Functional Alignment: Align with EMEA sales, field engineering, marketing, partnerships, and product teams to convert opportunities into revenue.
Thought Leadership & Market Analysis: Produce industry thought leadership, participate in conferences and executive briefings, analyze market trends and competitive dynamics.
Travel regularly to support customer meetings, executive engagements, and industry events.
