Job summary

Databricks is seeking a world-class leader to head and grow the EMEA AI FDE team in Amsterdam, reporting to the Head of EMEA AI FDE. You will recruit, mentor, and scale a team of data scientists and ML engineers while managing strategic accounts and executive relationships.

The role focuses on guiding complex AI/ML transformations, shaping product roadmap input, and delivering scaled professional services across EMEA. Strong cloud experience and senior stakeholder influence are essential.

Qualifications

• Experience building and scaling a data science/ML team.
• Ability to guide and sell technical engagements in enterprise environments.
• Deep technical expertise in ML/GenAI and data science.
• Experience leading production ML solutions in cloud environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead and scale a world-class AI/ML professional services team.
• Develop executive relationships with EMEA customers and partners.
• Align with Field Engineering and Sales Leaders for joint strategies.
• Design scalable engagement models and reusable delivery solutions.
• Shape cross-functional collaboration to inform product and GTM roadmaps.
• Own OKRs for AI-services led accounts, revenue and references.
