Job summary

Nike, Inc. is seeking a Platform Operations Specialist II to support the day-to-day operations of Nike's digital business across EMEA. You will ensure flawless execution of product launches and seasonal readiness, delivering a premium consumer experience across Nike's digital platforms.

Qualifications

• Experience in e-commerce, digital operations, retail, or a related operational environment.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication.
• Ability to work independently and in cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end operational execution of digital product launches across EMEA markets.
• Drive seasonal assortment readiness by ensuring products, assets, and inventory are available on time.
• Manage product activation, deactivation, grouping, and attribution across Nike's digital platforms.
• Partner with Merchandising, Planning, Brand, and Global teams to support key seasonal initiatives and launches.
• Identify operational risks and implement solutions to ensure flawless execution.
• Execute exclusive launch experiences and consumer-facing digital campaigns.
• Continuously improve processes and leverage data insights to drive operational efficiency.
