Job summary

Stokke invites an EMEA Forecast and Planning Specialist based in Amsterdam to join our global supply chain team. You will translate market insights into reliable demand plans, ensuring strong product availability and business performance across Europe, the Middle East, and Africa.

You will collaborate with Sales, Finance, Product Management, and Supply Planning to drive forecasting accuracy, challenge assumptions, and improve planning processes and tools within a fast-moving consumer goods

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Finance, Engineering, Supply Chain, or related field.
• 2-4 years of experience in Demand Planning, Supply Chain, Finance, or related planning functions.
• Strong Excel skills and experience working with planning systems.
• Strong business understanding, ideally within consumer goods.
• Excellent organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Own and maintain demand forecasts within the global planning system (RELEX).
• Support and improve forecast accuracy across EMEA markets.
• Lead regional demand review meetings and planning discussions.
• Collaborate with Sales, Finance, and Product teams to capture key demand drivers such as promotions, product launches, and phase-outs.
• Partner closely with the Global Supply Planning team to align demand and supply plans.
• Monitor forecasting performance and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Support the implementation of best-practice sales and demand planning processes across regions.
• Contribute to inventory and service level optimization initiatives.
