Job summary

Stokke is seeking an EMEA Forecast and Planning Specialist based in Amsterdam to drive demand planning and forecasting accuracy across the EMEA region. You will collaborate with Sales, Finance, Product, and Supply Planning to translate market insights into reliable demand plans and optimize product availability.

The role requires 2–4 years in planning functions, strong Excel skills, and experience with planning systems.

Qualifications

2–4 years of experience in Demand Planning, Supply Chain, Finance, or related planning functions.
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Finance, Engineering, Supply Chain, or a related field.
Strong Excel skills and experience working with planning systems.
Strong business understanding, ideally within consumer goods.
Excellent organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

Own and maintain demand forecasts within the global planning system (Relex).
Support and improve forecast accuracy across EMEA markets.
Lead regional demand review meetings and planning discussions.
Collaborate with Sales, Finance, and Product teams to capture key demand drivers such as promotions, product launches, and phase-outs.
Partner closely with the Global Supply Planning team to align demand and supply plans.
Monitor forecasting performance and identify opportunities for improvement.
Support the implementation of best-practice sales and demand planning processes across regions.
Contribute to inventory and service level optimization initiatives.
