Job summary

Canon is seeking an EMEA Customer Fulfilment Specialist focusing on data reporting and PowerBI to monitor the end-to-end Quote to Invoice process and manage critical exceptions. You will act as senior advisor and trainer for the Order Management Team, creating process maps, SOPs, and generating insightful reports to drive continuous improvement and customer experience.

Strong Excel and PowerBI skills required; English and other European languages are a plus.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience in a relevant / similar field.
• Strong analytical and problem solving skills.
• Proficient knowledge of MS Office especially with Excel (required).
• Proficient knowledge of PowerBI, developing and working with reports (required).
• English and any other European languages are preferred, German language skills are advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Act as a trusted advisor to the Order Management Team on processes that are outside of the standard flow.
• Create new Process Maps and SOPs and support Order Management team with training and implementation of new processes.
• Monitor E2E process and analyze data and develop relevant reports.
• Identify and manage opportunities to improve processes and Customer Experience through data.
• Manage orders, queries and claims from order entry through to delivery shipment meeting KPIs and quality metrics.
• Interface with various levels of sales, operations and other functional groups to ensure order flows appropriately.
