Canon EMEA is seeking an experienced EMEA Customer Fulfilment Specialist to monitor the end-to-end Quote to Invoice process, manage critical exceptions, and act as a senior advisor for the Order Management team. You will create new process maps and SOPs, train colleagues, analyze data, and develop reports to improve delivery reliability and overall customer experience across the region.
Fluency in German, strong Excel and PowerBI skills, and 3–5 years in a similar role are preferred.
