Job summary

IQ-EQ, a leading Investor Services group, seeks a charismatic people manager to lead Credit Control across Europe, Middle East and Africa from Amsterdam. Reporting to the regional CFO, you will build a high-performing team, own end-to-end credit control strategy, and act as the senior representative internally and with clients.

You’ll drive IT-enabled solutions, standardise processes, improve cash collection and working capital, and partner with Finance leadership to embed best practices across

Qualifications

• Experience leading and developing credit control teams across multiple countries.
• Proven track record implementing automated or IT-enabled credit control solutions.
• Strong communication with senior stakeholders and clients; debt-resolution experience.
• Analytical with working capital improvement and multi-currency exposure.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end credit control across the EMEA region with defined strategy and standards.
• Build and coach a high-performing team across countries and delivery models.
• Drive IT-enabled credit control implementation aligned with group policies.
• Partner with Finance Leadership and clients to manage escalations and debt resolution.
• Improve cash collection, working capital, and debt metrics with data-driven insights.
