Qualifications

• 2-4 years of relevant experience in a similar credit control position.
• Strong verbal and written communication and negotiation skills.
• Excellent English language proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Monitor overdue debtors and manage significant collection risk issues.
• Connect with customers regarding outstanding receivable balances.
• Pro-actively report and discuss receivables with Commercial Teams.
• Discuss and prepare payment plans in line with ASICS policies.
• Compile payments and handle allocation issues satisfactorily.
• Execute month-end, quarter-end, and year-end closing activities.
• Participate in process improvement projects.
