Job summary

IQ-EQ in Amsterdam, London or Luxembourg is seeking a charismatic Credit Control leader to drive end-to-end Credit Control across Europe, the Middle East and Africa. You will build and guide a high-performing team, develop the strategy and operating model, and act as the main representative of Credit Control with senior stakeholders and clients.

You will shape governance, policies and IT-enabled solutions, collaborating with Finance leadership to improve cash collection, working capital and debt

Qualifications

• Experience leading credit control, AR or collections across multiple countries.
• Proven leadership of process, policy or systems transformation in credit control.
• Strong communication to influence senior stakeholders and manage complex debt.
• Analytical, with working capital improvement experience in multi-currency environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end Credit Control across EMEA, defining strategy and standards.
• Build and lead a high-performing regional Credit Control team.
• Drive IT-enabled credit control solutions and policy alignment.
• Partner with Finance leadership, CFO, client services, and clients on escalations.
• Improve cash collection, working capital and debt resolution through reporting.
